Jonathan, 49, died suddenly on September 18, 2026, leaving his family, colleagues, and the wider community in shock. Truro City Council announced his passing over the weekend, describing him as a respected colleague whose contributions were greatly appreciated.
Jonathan was elected to Truro City Council at last year’s election, representing the Moresk and Trehaverne ward. Although his time in public office was relatively brief, colleagues said he quickly became an important voice in council discussions.
